Questions & Answers
There are no monthly plans. Guest and signed-in users get 50 free credits each day. Those credits reset at midnight (Asia/Bangkok) and are not added to your wallet. After the daily pool is used, signed-in users spend prepaid credits. Sign in, verify email, then buy credits (minimum $2). Admin sets how many credits you get per $1 (default 5,000). Credits are added only after payment succeeds.
Top-ups are one-time. Pay by card in USD, or PromptPay in Thai baht where offered. There is no auto-renew and no on-demand overdraft. If a charge fails, no credits are added.
Each Desktop job estimates tokens, reserves Pati Credits before work starts, and commits (or releases) them when the job finishes. Credit cost follows the model you used. If a job would exceed your remaining balance, Desktop stops — buy more credits on the website. Inspect recent usage in Portal → Usage.
Checkout amounts are in USD (card) or THB (PromptPay). Depending on your region, VAT or sales tax may be added. If your organization needs tax-inclusive invoices, contact support from a verified account.
Sign in to the Customer Portal and open Usage to see your wallet balance, recent Desktop jobs, and ledger entries. Credits is where you top up. Devices lists active Desktop sessions so you can revoke them if you move machines.
Your project files stay on the PC where Desktop runs. The cloud account stores what is required to operate the product: identity, credit wallet, device sessions, and payment metadata. We use that data to authenticate Desktop, meter usage, and fulfill top-ups. We do not sell your workspace content.
Each account can use one Desktop PC at a time. If you sign in on another computer, the previous session is signed out automatically. You can also revoke a session from Portal → Devices.
For product or billing questions, use support from your verified account settings. Check Features and Pricing for prepaid credits, and the footer Help / Status links for operational notes. If something looks wrong with credits or a payment, include the invoice or usage time from the portal so we can investigate faster.
